Senior Staff Devops Engineer (AWS, Start-up)

We are hiring a Staff DevOps Engineer to design and scale a DevOps and MLOps platform for an enterprise-grade semiconductor design automation SaaS. This is a hands-on, senior role responsible for cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, security, and ML infrastructure from day one.

You’ll partner closely with software and AI teams to ensure our platform is scalable, reliable, secure, and production-ready.

Core Responsibilities

• Architect and implement DevOps & MLOps frameworks
• Design and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform (IaC)
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Operate containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/ECS)
• Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting
• Enforce security best practices, IAM/RBAC, and compliance controls
