Location: 100% Remote (Must be UK based)

The role: We are looking for an experienced Senior SQL Server DBA to manage mission‑critical data infrastructure for major UK brands. This is a fully remote opportunity to join a collaborative technical team, delivering high‑performance database solutions across diverse client environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Core DBA: Administer, secure, and upgrade SQL Server environments.
- Performance: Expert‑level tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- High Availability: Implement and manage Always On, Clustering, and Log Shipping.
- Strategy: Provide technical leadership and guidance to client teams.
- Automation: Utilize PowerShell and T‑SQL to refine processes.
- Support: Participate in a shared 24/7 on‑call rota.
