About the Role
Our client in the Technology Services sector based in Midrand is looking for a Senior SQL Developer and Senior Software Developer to develop and maintain our in-house Automated Meter Reading (AMR) platforms and related energy management products. This role involves full-cycle software development, from design and implementation to testing and support.
KEY DUTIES for SQL Developer
- Design, test, implement and maintain the integrated spatial database to ensure 24/7 database availability and operation.
- Establish and maintain database replication.
- Develop and maintain stored procedures, triggers, functions, CTEs, security configurations, index optimization, query performance tuning, database normalization and design, RBAC, encryption, partitioning and sharding, and data auditing.
