Transform raw people data into strategic business intelligence. Lead the architecture of the People & Culture reporting ecosystem and provide actionable insights to P&C leaders and executive stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing

• Spearhead initiatives to increase adoption of P&C reporting tools and develop learning personas, upskilling staff to become data champions.
• Support the overall Insights roadmap, prioritizing automation and self‑service, and communicate updates to the P&C department.
• Act as consultant to P&C Heads of Region and other leaders, identifying analytical trends and surfacing insights at the executive level.
• Implement an intake framework that shifts the team from “Order Takers” to “Problem Solvers,” ensuring data requests align with business problems or OKRs.
