Senior Specialist Safety (Partly Remote/ Hybrid, based in Europe)

Purpose of the role

The Senior Specialist Safety, based in Europe and working from our site in Heist (Belgium), Oss (Netherlands), or Cramlington (UK) will support Organon’s ambitious safety commitments. The candidate will also provide safety compliance and technical support to Company facilities globally regarding different safety topics, like our permit-to-work program, fire safety, and safety culture program, but with a primary focus on machine safety, and process safety. We are looking for a passionate and collaborative expert; someone skilled at influencing without authority and who operates in alignment with our core values.
