The purpose of this role is to deliver design requirements for Digital Marketing channels and campaigns, including graphic design, videography, animation and HTML.

1.廣告操作：操作台灣市場上主流媒體為基本(Google/Meta/LINE)，有更多機會學習新興媒體
2.數據分析：從數據迷霧中建立Finding，幫助自己與整個團隊
3.目標導向：達成KPI/策略優化是基本動作，跟著團隊持續聚焦修正方向是我們的期待
4.團體活動：集團內跨品牌活動/Team bulding/公司活動
《需求條件》
1.基礎紮實：2年以上媒體投放經驗
2.文書功力：Office系列/Google系列/簡報工具
3.溝通能力：能清楚傳達意圖、敘事流暢
4.知難不退：犯錯與困境是工作常有的事，不需要事事完美，只需要排除萬難心
《加分條件》
1.認證：擁有or曾經 媒體考試認證(Ex.Google/Meta/GA/IAS/LINE..更多)
2.過往經驗：服務過跨國品牌
3.AI工具：曾幫助工作/生活的經驗(無論大小)
