• Collaborate with technical and functional stakeholders to align business needs with technical solutions.
• Assist in designing and implementing operational/system enhancements for effective production capabilities.
• Act as liaison between stakeholders and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Define project scope, strategy, deliverables, and recommend alternative solutions.
