Senior Specialist, Data Analytics

Manage the Channel Operations effectiveness of China. Be responsible for BU end-to-end sales operation work, including sales validation, reporting, incentive calculation and analytic. Also be core contact person for the above work both internally (with BU, key stakeholders) and externally (3rd party vendor, distributors, etc.)

**How you’ll make an impact:**

+ Responsible for BU monthly sales validation result
+ Develop complex reports including but not limited to billing, hospital, inventory, sales/dealer achievement/rebate report
+ Develop and analyze reports that will help in decision making of business functions in China
+ Advise business functions through the use of channel intelligence analysis and channel KPI updates
+ Conduct stocktaking in logistics platform or distributor site, resolve mutual problems to manage and enhance inventory data accuracy
+ Deliver related training to distributors/BU for SOP and SFDC system guidance
