Senior Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• 1. BESS Solution Design : Lead the design and optimization of energy storage systems, including battery selection, BMS integration, PCS and overall system architecture, tailored to grid, industrial, commercial, or residential applications.
• 2. Technical Feasibility & Analysis : Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies, including load profiling, energy flow modeling, ROI calculations, and performance simulations to validate solution viability.
• 3. Client & Stakeholder Engagement : Serve as the primary technical contact for clients, EPC contractors, and utility partners, translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• 4. Cross-functional Project Leadership : Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, project management, and sales teams to drive solution implementation, resolve technical bottlenecks, and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
