AWS Connect Senior Solutions Architect to lead to the transformation of our enterprise contact center infrastructure. This role bridges business needs with technical execution, driving the migration from Cisco UCCE to Amazon Connect while ensuring scalability, security, and innovation. You will operate as a versatile leader – a Visionary (setting future communication strategy), Architect (designing effective solutions), Catalyst (driving innovation), and Coach (mentoring teams) – to transform our contact center landscape in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
