Job Description
- Give expert legal advice to the organisation and senior leaders on industry regulation, investigations and enforcement
- Support regulatory investigations and enforcement action, including disciplinary matters and prosecutions
- Represent the organisation in VCAT, the Magistrates' Court and other legal proceedings when needed
