Senior Solicitor / Associate- Litigation

Our Wellington client is looking for a new person to join the litigation team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high performing team which acts for a wide range of international and NZX listed clients, public sector agencies, privately owned entities and individuals. The team is regularly involved in high-profile and complex proceedings before the High Court, appellate courts and specialist tribunals and complaints bodies. The team provides the full suite of litigation, mediation and other advocacy services. We also regularly brief cases to the independent bar.

Some of our team’s notable cases include litigation before the High Court arising out of the International Convention Centre roof fire and managing a series of judicial review cases before the High Court and Court of Appeal for an international company operating a public facility in New Zealand.
