Senior Software Tester

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in data/SQL testing, advanced SQL and QA skills and good knowledge of ETL and client-handling capabilities. The role involves leading end-to-end data testing initiatives, defining test strategies, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality data delivery across complex data platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end data testing activities across source, staging, and target systems.
Define test strategy, test plans, and ensure proper test coverage.
Review and approve test cases, execution results, and defect reports.
Validate complex data transformations and perform advanced data quality checks.
Mentor testers and ensure best testing practices are followed.
Act as the primary client contact and provide regular status updates.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
