Senior Software Test Automation Engineer (Python / JS)

Responsibilities

• Define and drive testing strategy including shift-left, risk-based and BDD/TDD approaches
• Establish testing standards, governance, release gates and quality metrics
• Lead automation across UI, API, regression and CI/CD pipelines
• Oversee performance, resilience and security testing with engineering teams
• Provide release readiness reporting, risk assessments and executive dashboards
• Mentor and lead a multidisciplinary testing team
• Drive continuous improvement through defect analysis and tooling enhancements
