Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Development, with at least 6 years in management
- Experience managing teams of more than 15 people
- Proven ability to work with clients under pressure
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experience with large distributed systems (Java, C++ is a plus)
- Hands‑on coding knowledge (candidates should be technically strong, able to coach, review code, and guide teams, though the role is primarily managerial)
