MiSalud is building the platform to integrate health services across North America. We are a high-impact engineering team of 6, currently scaling our backend services, web applications, and mobile presence. We operate under HIPAA compliance, navigating the complex constraints of healthcare to build better systems.

We are looking for Senior Software Engineers who operate as generalists. You will make real architectural decisions and work wherever the highest-impact work is, whether that's backend services, infrastructure, or frontend.
