 In this role, you will: Champions a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships within the Global Insurance Creditor domain and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.

Takes a leadership role within the development team, designing technical solutions and promptly addressing issues.

Leads React development, UI/UX implementation, state management, Spring Boot development, API implementation, database design, and bug fixes for insurance creditor solutions.

Oversees a development team, providing technical guidance and ensuring development tasks are completed on time with quality.

Performs solution design reviews and code reviews for the team.

Participates in systems implementation, planning, and documentation development for global insurance creditor initiatives.

Applies agile development methodologies and works within an agile environment.
