We’re working with a global fintech scaling rapidly and operating at massive scale. The company is entering a strategic evolution of its core technology stack and is making a long-term investment in Rust to improve performance, security, and operational efficiency across mission-critical systems.

Rather than joining a single team or project, you’ll:

• Define the standards, architecture, and best practices for Rust development
• Lead the design and build of high-performance, distributed systems

• Partner with senior engineering and product leaders to define the Rust roadmap
