Senior Software Engineer

General Objective

VCloud is looking to hire a Senior Software Engineer with a high caliber to lead a team of software developers, deliver business-critical projects while maintaining high morale, manage the day-to-day activities efficiently and professionally, and ensure all team targets are met as advised by management.

Must demonstrate deep practical software engineering knowledge and have a proven track record for timely project delivery and project management. Will also act as the senior software engineer/architect and be able to design, write, debug and test software.

Building great teams by understanding the dynamics of the teams and harnessing the strengths of each team member to make them an efficient unit.

Developing solutions by studying operations; designing, developing, and installing software solutions. The team leader will work with building new and supporting existing applications.
