About the Role
**Role:** **Senior Software Engineer & Lead**
**Salary: 170 - 200 pln/h on B2B**
**Work Model** : Remote with visits to **Warsaw, Gdańsk or Wrocław office once per month**

We collaborate with global financial leaders on strategic platforms, handling millions of transactions daily. Each team operates semi-independently with clear ownership, modern tech stack, and strong engineering culture.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented **Senior Software Engineer & Lead** to join our team.
**Main Responsibilities**
· Lead and mentor a team of up to 5 developers.
