About the Role

Job Responsibilities and Qualifications :
Responsibilities:
Build, maintain, and optimize scalable backend services and APIs with Node.js.

Develop and enhance dashboards/reports to support product and business decisions.

Contribute to technical design, architecture discussions, and performance improvements.

Work closely with product managers, designers, data engineers, and cross-functional teams.

Guide and support junior engineers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and best practices.

Qualifications:
4–7 years of hands-on software engineering or full stack developer experience.
