About the Role

State-of-the-art Java development! Microservices in AWS with a DevOps culture, cross-functional Scrum teams, an international environment, open communication, and a culture of feedback and learning from mistakes. Responsibility for architecture, technology choices, QA, security, and operations within your team. All this and much more at one of Europe's largest DIY retailers. 
You will design and implement highly available & scalable backend components for our payment services within the transactional platform using Java, Spring Boot, Apache Kafka, and AWS.
You will support the product development process in your team from the initial idea through implementation to continuous operation, in constant exchange with your Product Owner.
