Job Description Summary

Level 4 will lead technical development and delivery at Team level. Will operate as Individual Contributors, who are specialists in particular technology areas and will be narrower and have deeper focus. Capable of accurate effort estimate for any change. At this level, typically; will be doing code reviews and mentoring junior team members and able to work unsupervised and lead on smaller engineering focused initiative.
