Job Description

Role Overview

Lead the design and scaling of high-traffic full-stack systems. Architect solutions, solve complex coding challenges, mentor engineers, and ensure code quality, scalability, and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain full-stack systems with Node.js, Next.js, and cloud tools (serverless/microservices).
• Build responsive, high-performance frontends with React.js/Next.js.
• Optimize database schemas and queries (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Guide junior developers through code reviews and workshops.
• Streamline CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/Jenkins) and automate infrastructure (Terraform).
• Ensure system performance and alignment with architectural guidelines.
