We are part of the ServiceNow Platform team within the Workflow Automation business unit, building core automation products such as Workflow Studio and Flow Designer to enable end-to-end business process orchestration. Our team drives AI-powered innovations including Flow Generation, Flow Summarization, and Intelligent AI Approvals to enhance productivity and decision-making. We also deliver conversational workflow experiences through Conversational Subflows and Actions, seamlessly integrating workflows with chat interfaces. On the pro-code front, we are developing DSL-based solutions like Fluent for Flows to improve developer efficiency and maintainability, while advancing Build Agent — an AI-powered vibe coding tool that creates and edits workflows, redefining how automation is built on the platform.
