About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong experience in Level 2 application support to ensure the reliability, performance, and availability of business-critical applications.
Key Requirements
- Experience in L2 application support
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and SQL databases
- Proficient in Java or Python
- Experience supporting production systems in a 24x7 environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in software development and/or application support
- Experience with Linux/Unix and Windows environments
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, GCP)
- Familiar with Grafana, CI/CD pipelines, Kafka, Helm, and GitOps practices
- Strong incident management, root cause analysis, and Agile experience
