Senior Software Engineer

About the Job:

The Red Hat Linux Virtualization team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with a deep passion for system-level engineering and low-level operating system components. The RHEL Virtualization team is responsible for all aspects related to Virtualization in the , including system, firmware, and device emulation, as well as their counterpart aspects in the guest instance on top of Red Hat or third-party virtualized platforms. In this role, you will design, implement, test and automate deployment tools and solutions, contributing to industry-leading technologies like and community distribution such as CentOS Stream and Fedora. 

As part of a geographically distributed team, you will collaborate with multiple Red Hat engineering teams and open-source communities around the globe. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work alongside and learn from some of the brightest engineers in the open-source industry.
