Senior Software Engineer – Application Support

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver top-notch application support, resolving incidents and service requests efficiently to meet SLAs.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of applications, including Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS).
• Design, implement, and maintain monitoring and observability solutions using Grafana, AppDynamics, and other tools.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across multiple environments.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and external vendors to improve system reliability and scalability.
• Perform root cause analysis and post-incident reviews to prevent recurrence.
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to production incidents with urgency and clarity.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including AI-driven anomaly detection and process automation.
