Collaborate with the Scrum framework team to align on priorities and deliver solutions that meet shared goals.
Participate in operational rotations and address time‑sensitive production issues within agreed service expectations.
Maintain and update training materials while supporting the development of team members' functional and technical knowledge.
Analyze product backlog items; design, implement, and test optimized solutions, including conducting peer reviews.
