In this senior-level role, you will own various aspects of test automation for Dialpad's AI Voice Agent services. Collaborating closely with development teams, you'll design testing frameworks and ensure robust coverage for essential product features. Your work will directly contribute to the stability and performance of our fast-evolving AI platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end quality of agentic features and workflows
• Design automation frameworks for AI-driven systems
• Drive 80%+ automation coverage on critical workflows
• Integrate quality checks into CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate on prompt engineering and model evaluation
Requirements:
• 5+ years in software engineering or SDET roles
• Experience with cloud-native SaaS systems and APIs
