About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Beauty Trainer to elevate skincare expertise and selling skills across our retail teams. You will play a key role in training delivery, curriculum development, on-field coaching, and team performance enhancement to drive both product knowledge and consultation excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop and deliver engaging training programs (product, service and selling skills) both in classroom and remote settings.
• Adapt international training materials to meet local needs and enhance existing content.
• Motivate, coach and mentor Skincare Experts and Specialists to strengthen skills and performance.
• Conduct on-field store visits to ensure training execution and identify skill gaps.
