As part of this initiative, content currently stored in legacy file systems and repositories must be migrated to SharePoint Online to support standardized information architecture, improved
accessibility, enhanced security, and compliance with corporate information governance requirements. This work supports the broader, organization wide
rollout of SharePoint as the City’s primary document management and collaboration solution.
