We're looking for a
Senior ServiceNow Professional
to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in large-scale implementations while contributing to the growth of a global, market-leading practice.

Work Location:
Taguig or Cebu

Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize ServiceNow (workflows, UI actions, client scripts, business rules)
• Build service request fulfillment workflows and process automations
• Perform integrations (Web Services, SOAP, Orchestration)
• Develop dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics solutions
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Execute system and integration testing
