ServiceNow Specialist (Functional/Technical)

General Requirements

• Location: Mexico or San Diego, CA
• Work Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week), Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Holiday Calendar: U.S. Holidays
• Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience Required: 7+ years
• Estimated Duration: 1 year

Main Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
• Build and customize business rules, UI policies, UI scripts, client scripts, and notifications.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Configure and maintain core ServiceNow modules, including:
• Change Management
• Service Catalog
• Ensure solutions align with internal security policies and ITIL standards.
