Position Description:
CGI Federal is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with extensive experience in various modules and services. We are seeking experience as a ServiceNow Team Lead providing direction and assistance to the development team.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
. Provide support as a Team Lead and as a ServiceNow Senior Developer.
. Analyze the customer requirements and develop a solution architecture that addresses the technical, management, maximizes automation, and provides operational reporting aspects of the proposal.
. Lead the development of solution artifacts, such as road maps, optimization of operations, architecture and/or block diagrams with a view outside of User Story requirements.
. Provide support in building prototypes and lead technical reviews and discussions of defined requirements.
. Provide support and mentor ServiceNow Developers.
