- Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, including custom apps, workflows, and automation using Flow Designer.
- Implement and manage core platform components such as Glide scripting, UI actions, scheduled jobs, business rules, ACLs, client scripts, and data imports.
- Design and build integrations using REST and SOAP APIs to enable seamless communication between ServiceNow and external systems.
