Senior Security Engineer

We work in a hybrid model based in Medellín (onsite collaboration required at first, with a transition plan for remote work), and you will join a small, growing team where you report directly to the GRC lead (CISO / Head of GRC) and collaborate closely with the founders.

We are looking for our first senior technical security professionals to lead this function. This role owns security architecture, engineering, and technical operations, in close partnership with the GRC lead. The position will start as a contract role (6 months) with a path to become a full-time employee.
