About the Role

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master (SAFe :Scaled Agile Framework) to enable and elevate high-performing Agile teams in a Lean-Agile, SAFe-driven environment. This role will be essential in driving value delivery, improving predictability, strengthening Agile maturity, and facilitating collaboration across the Agile Release Train (ART).
Key Responsibilities1. Agile Team Coaching & Enablement
Coach teams on SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean-Agile principles.
Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies: Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Foster self-organization, accountability, ownership, and cross-functional teamwork.
Promote a culture of transparency, mutual respect, learning, and continuous improvement.
