Experis Australia is partnering with a large Federal Government department to engage a Senior SAP HR Functional Systems Analyst for a long‑term program of work. This role will be critical in supporting ongoing transformation across HR systems, leveraging SAP S/4HANA HCM and related cloud technologies.
You'll work closely with project leads, HR stakeholders, and technical specialists to enhance, optimise and evolve core SAP HR processes across a complex APS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, analyse and improve HR business processes, ensuring SAP HCM and S/4HANA solutions are streamlined, compliant and aligned with organisational needs.
