About the Role

Summary of Role
 We are seeking Salesforce AI Implementation Specialists to join our team immediately. You will drive high -resolution AI agent deployments using Intercom (Fin) and integrate these solutions into complex environments, including Salesforce Service Cloud and Zendesk, to transform client support operations.

Your Impact & What You'll Do

Strategic AI Deployment: Configure and optimize Intercom AI agents to maintain industry -leading resolution rates and exceptional user experiences.

Systems Integration: Architect and implement seamless connections between 3rd -party AI tools and core CRM infrastructures like Omni -Channel, Service Cloud, or Zendesk.

Consultative Delivery: Provide strategic guidance to clients migrating from native AI solutions (e.g., Einstein) to specialized, high -performance 3rd -party agents.
