Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Strong proficiency with Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes
- Proven ability to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security model (Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Permission Sets)
- Experience creating complex reports and dashboards
- At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
