RESPONSIBILITIES
作为销售团队与业务战略的核心衔接角色,负责制定、落地销售规划与策略,通过数据驱动优化资源配置、提升销售效率,支撑DS/FSS渠道整体销售目标(线上和线下)达成。
As the core link between the sales team and business strategy, responsible for formulating and implementing sales plans and strategies, optimizing resource allocation and improving sales efficiency through data-driven approaches, to support the achievement of the DS/FSS channel's overall sales objectives (including online and offline).
1. 数据驱动与销售分析
•负责整合DS/FSS渠道销售数据(销售额、客单价、复购率、招新率等)、市场数据及客户数据,搭建数据分析体系,输出可视化分析报告。
Integrate DS/FSS channel sales data (sales volume, AUS, repurchase rate, new recruitment rate, etc.), market data and customer data, build a data analysis system, and output visual analysis reports.
•挖掘销售增长机会点(如高潜力客户、优势产品、BA激励),识别业务痛点(如低单产区域、门店或滞销产品),并推动解决方案落地。
