About the Role

Summary:
The Sr. Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, providing analytical support, and managing sales tools to ensure that our sales organization operates effectively. This role requires a blend of proactive thinking, operational expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Role & Responsibilities: 
Act as the primary contact and escalation point for the global Sales team for day-to-day sales operations needs.

Develop and improve the efficiency of the operational processes and workflows to enhance team productivity and sales performance.

Assist in clean up, maintenance, and enforcement of proper usage of CRM tool and ensure data accuracy and integrity within all internal systems.

Assist in managing the sales pipeline and providing pipeline inputs for financial forecasts, coordinating and facilitating sales transactions.
