About the Role

The Senior Sales Manager – EMEA will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our customer base throughout the EMEA market. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role focused on business development, prospecting, and closing new deals. The position reports directly to the VP Sales and does not include any people management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Market Expansion

+ Develop and execute a sales strategy to establish and grow the company’s presence across the EMEA market.

+ Identify and prioritize high-potential accounts, and regions for business expansion.

+ Build a sustainable sales pipeline through targeted prospecting, outbound campaigns, and networking.

+ Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing, including prospect qualification, product demonstrations, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
