Senior Sales Controller

We’re looking for a Senior Sales Controller to join us at Telia.

I’m Anders Selin, Head of Operations Management at Telia B2B Sweden, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking organization focused on driving performance management and sales development. In this team, we drive the change agenda into practice, which means implementing new working methods/models and methods and developing the processes for bid and risk management in complex solution sales. We develop our sales skills through training and coaching of our employees and leaders across the B2B organization.

What you’ll do:

In the role as Senior Sales Developer, you will develop and own the overall B2B KPI framework, including New Sales targets, churn KPIs, pipeline quality, productivity metrics.
