About the Role

As an Engineer in the petrochemical sector, you play a leading role in the design, development and improvement of a plant and you work closely together on the largest projects. Together with a team of experts, you will provide efficient and sustainable solutions that meet the highest standards.
Responsibilities
Lead regulatory compliance, permitting and environmental activities across multidisciplinary engineering projects 
Integrate permitting requirements into early design phases (concept, FEED, detailed design) to avoid late-stage risks 
Manage and coordinate Dutch environmental permitting processes, including authority engagement 
Provide expertise on: Environmental regulations and compliance Emissions to air, soil, and water EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) deliverables BAT/BREF and regulatory frameworks 
Act as the key interface between engineering teams, clients, and regulatory authorities
