Senior Riser Engineer

Job Overview

The Senior Riser Engineer uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external issues to improve the Riser discipline within McDermott. They will act as a resource for colleagues with less experience and share their conceptual and practical expertise related to the Riser discipline. The Senior Riser Engineer solves complex problems and uses discipline‑specific knowledge to improve their products or services. The Senior Riser Engineer impacts a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities with the Riser team and other related teams and ensures they work within the appropriate guidelines and policies.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications and Education:

• 8-15 years of experience in oil and gas preferably in offshore facilities
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural/Mechanical Engineering (Masters is a preference)
