Job Description – Structural Draughtsman / CAD-Revit Technician
Role: Draughtsman / CAD-Revit Technician (Mid/Senior Level)
Experience: 12+ years
Location: Mumbai / Ludhiana
Salary Range: ₹6–8 LPA (based on expertise)
Key Responsibilities
- Produce precise 2 D and 3 D drawings, models, and documentation using Auto CAD, Revit, and Tekla.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to deliver coordinated outputs.
- Develop and maintain Revit families, templates, and construction details for consistency and efficiency.
- Integrate structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the BIM environment.
- Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts to optimize project execution.
- Prepare construction documentation including plans, elevations, sections, and schedules.
- Apply expertise in steel structures and pre-engineered buildings (PEB).
