About the Role
Young people have said “We want staff who are kind, fun, and always here for us!” We are looking for a Senior Residential Support Worker who can help make our home a safe, happy and welcoming place for children and young people aged 8–18.
Our young people say they want staff who can listen to them, have fun and join in, help them feel safe, don’t give up on them and who can explain things, not just say “no” If that sounds like you, this may be the opportunity you are looking for!
