Senior Research Engineer

The Role

As a Senior Research Engineer, you will work on advancing and productionizing state-of-the-art AI systems. You will translate research ideas into robust, scalable systems, collaborate closely with researchers and product engineers, and own projects end-to-end from experimentation through deployment.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys deep technical work, rapid iteration, and seeing research directly impact real users.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and iterate on research prototypes that improve model reasoning, retrieval quality, factuality, and evaluation
• Productionize research ideas into scalable, reliable systems used in live products
